Each device keeps its own copy. To continue on your phone what you did on your laptop (or the other way round):
- On the device you used last: Download backup. Save it in iCloud Drive, OneDrive or Google Drive, or send it to yourself.
- On the other device: open the tracker and tap Restore from backup. Pick that file.
- Done. Keep using that device until you switch again, and repeat the two steps then.
Every change is saved straight away. Made a mistake? Use Undo at the top.
